Reviewer:  Ericb   Review Date:  8/6/04      Rate This Apartment     I've lived in many crappy apartments over the years, and this is this the absolute worst!We chose it because, coming from a different state, we had a limited amount of time to chose a place.Perhaps, the biggest problem is the neighbors' noise level.The next door 'neighbors' have the loudest and worst behaved dogs I've ever seen -- outside for 11 hours at a time and barking the entire time-span.One of the other neighbors has a *very* loud phlegm problem and I just wish that he'd fucking die already!!! We've had issues with the apartment itself.The owner was quick to fix problems that we alerted her to (like holes in the kitchen cupboard with weeds growing out of them, rats and a backed-up shower), but she said that she had no prior knowledge, which we doubt.Also, the grounds are a fire-hazard, with bone-dry weeds up to your knees.
