Apartment Review for Columbia Station - Portland, OR

I've rented here for close to two years. Last year the management was replaced, which helped because they evicted the most disruptive and trashy residents. However, the grounds are always full of litter and groups of people make noise and play loud music from their cars regularly. The managers are good about addressing complaints, but there seems to be a lot of times when inconsiderate behavior goes unchecked. Parking seems to be short for guests, but it's because some residents have more than one vehicle on site, some of which should be in a junk yard instead of the parking lot.
