Apartment Review for Glendoveer Estates - Portland, OR

I went to look at an apartment here and this guy told me there ar many residents in legal dispute with the management. There did seem to be a really mess construction job going on at the time. I decided I did not want to look at a place wih these kinds of issues. I lived in apartment complex before when new management took over. They lost 70% of the new residents because the changed things way to fast. They scared everyone away. This may no be tiplical but it semed to be the case at these apartments. I will not consider these apartments again. I would avoid Glendoveer Estates until these issues are resolved.
