Apartment Review for Lizann Terrace Apartments - Portland, OR

This was my first apartment years ago. When I lived here it was not as loud as it is now. The one thing I will say...I lived in an upstairs apartment and during the winter my apartment was invaded by rats. I kept my apartment bleached down. not a crumb in site...but I could hear the rats in the walls...and I moved out as quickly as I could. I even had a rat come out of my dishwasher. I was scared to live here...scared to sleep at night. This place should have been shut down years ago.
