Apartment Review for Lizann Terrace Apartments - Portland, OR

I just moved in to my apartment. I like so far. But my neighbors NEVER sleep. I did talk to the new manager on-site and he takes care of things right away. So far I am happy there. Other neighbors seem respectful, but couple loud at night and never sleep. People in and out constantly. But I am on the top of all that with new managment. New floor and clean aparmtent and looks like new windows installed. That's good. I like it so far.
