I wouldn't Pacific Towers to my worst enemy. The new management(Pennicle) has locked down patios & rooftop. There is suppose to be a large screen tv in community room, they never replaced broken one. They charge fees for everything from trashrooms to swearing. Plus they evict if you don't sign papers w/o reading. They don't care if some one blasts tv/stereo. DO NOT EVEN THINK ABOUT MOVING THERE!!  Need to rent an apartment?
