the building is old, it was built in 1910. but considering the age it is in excellant condition. Management is very friendly. If you go to PSU it is ideal place to live, you can walk to classes and it is a lot cheaper than University living. there is no parking, but i'm a student at PSU so i just used their garage which is only 1 block away.  Need to rent an apartment?
