Apartment Review for Westfall Apartments - Portland, OR

This place is absolutely intolerable. When we first rented we were impressed by the price for a unit, given it's convinient location. However, convinience is the only thing we have enjoyed about this apartment. Noisy,no temperature control, poor construction (there isn't a right angle in the building and our miniture sink literally slopes downward). 3 times this month they have turned off the water for mantinence. There is NO fan or window in the bathroom. GROSS! No storage in the apartment. The old shaft system allows you to hear EVERYTHING your neighbors do and vice versa.
